Last Thursday August 24, Robinsons Land Corporation launched its newest condominium project in Cebu, the Azalea Place. The launching was held at Cebu City Marriott Hotel. Here are some pictures that I took during the event:

Robinsons' Super-Easy Payment Scheme for Azalea Place: 25-75

Azalea Place targets the mid-market segment. To quote Robinsons Land Corporation's (RLC) President Frederick Go:

“Azalea Place is all about convenience for the market it caters to: start-up families who desire a centrally located home in the metro, close to work, school and recreational areas, investors seeking good returns from a large pool of potential renters, and parents who want to invest in prime property for their children’s future,”

RLC is making it easier for buyers to get a unit from this project.  The scheme that is easiest on the pocket would be the 25-75 scheme.  This scheme will not ask the buyer for a bulky initial down payment. The 25% down payment is spread out 45 months at ZERO interest. This scheme is not only easy on the wallet, but it also minimizes the risk for the potential buyer or investor. After paying the 25% equity, the balance can be paid through a bank loan with our partner banks.

Azalea Place launching

Robinsons Land Corporation will launch its newest condominium offering in Cebu City, the Azalea Place.  The launch is set on August 24, 2011 at the Cebu City Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom. 

Just like all the offering by Robinsons Land, Azalea Place can be bought at a No Spot Down payment, Zero Interest Scheme.  A studio unit can be bought for as low as 10,200 Pesos a month.  Since this is still pre-selling the prices at the launch will be the prices ever for the project. Reservation is at 50,000 pesos.
