Azalea Place joins BPI Home Loan Madness Event

Last weekend, the BPI Family Bank hosted a Housing Loan Madness event at the Ayala Center Cebu. Robinsons Land is one of the partner developers of the bank. Clients of Robinsons can apply a loan at BPI Family for their retention fees with the benefit of faster approval and processing time and other benefits like waived appraisal fees. Azalea Place showroom is ready for viewing

In line with the launch of its newest condominium project in Cebu, Robinsons Land Corporation constructed a mock up of a 1 Bedroom unit at their office at the Robinsons Cybergate Cebu Building. Investor's Party for Azalea Place and Amisa

On Saturday September 24, 2011, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is hosting an investor's party for potential buyers of its condominium offerings in Cebu. RLC currently has 2 condominium projects in the queen city of the south.

The first condominium development in Cebu is the Australian Gold Coast-inspired, Amisa located in Punta EngaƱo, Mactan Island. The project is selling its first 3 towers. The first tower was turned over to early buyers starting December 2010. The second tower is set to be completed early next year while the third tower will be due on 2014. Amisa is under the Robinsons Luxuria brand.

The second project of RLC in Cebu is under the Robinsons Residences Brand. The Azalea Place will be located in Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City. Azalea Place is a 25 story condominium that will be completed in 2015. The project was launched just a few weeks ago.

Robinsons' Super-Easy Payment Scheme for Azalea Place: 25-75

Azalea Place targets the mid-market segment. To quote Robinsons Land Corporation's (RLC) President Frederick Go:
“Azalea Place is all about convenience for the market it caters to: start-up families who desire a centrally located home in the metro, close to work, school and recreational areas, investors seeking good returns from a large pool of potential renters, and parents who want to invest in prime property for their children’s future,”

RLC is making it easier for buyers to get a unit from this project.  The scheme that is easiest on the pocket would be the 25-75 scheme.  This scheme will not ask the buyer for a bulky initial down payment. The 25% down payment is spread out 45 months at ZERO interest. This scheme is not only easy on the wallet, but it also minimizes the risk for the potential buyer or investor. After paying the 25% equity, the balance can be paid through a bank loan with our partner banks.

Azalea Place launching
