Azalea Place joins BPI Home Loan Madness Event
Last weekend, the BPI Family Bank hosted a Housing Loan Madness event at the Ayala Center Cebu. Robinsons Land is one of the partner developers of the bank. Clients of Robinsons can apply a loan at BPI Family for their retention fees with the benefit of faster approval and processing time and other benefits like waived appraisal fees. The tie-up with BPI is applicable to all RLC projects in Cebu: Amisa, Blue Coast Residences, Azalea Place, and Aspen Heights. Azalea Place showroom is ready for viewing
In line with the launch of its newest condominium project in Cebu, Robinsons Land Corporation constructed a mock up of a 1 Bedroom unit at their office at the Robinsons Cybergate Cebu Building. The 1 Bedroom showroom allows potential buyers to envision what an Azalea Place unit look like when furnished. Here are some pictures of the showroom:

Azalea Place is 25 story condominium tower developed by Robinsons Land Corporation under its Robinsons Residences brand. The condominium will be constructed in Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City and it is set to be completed in the middle of 2015.

Investor's Party for Azalea Place and Amisa
The first condominium development in Cebu is the Australian Gold Coast-inspired, Amisa located in Punta Engaño, Mactan Island. The project is selling its first 3 towers. The first tower was turned over to early buyers starting December 2010. The second tower is set to be completed early next year while the third tower will be due on 2014. Amisa is under the Robinsons Luxuria brand.
The second project of RLC in Cebu is under the Robinsons Residences Brand. The Azalea Place will be located in Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City. Azalea Place is a 25 story condominium that will be completed in 2015. The project was launched just a few weeks ago.

Robinsons Residences successfully launches new Cebu condo
Last Thursday August 24, Robinsons Land Corporation launched its newest condominium project in Cebu, the Azalea Place. The launching was held at Cebu City Marriott Hotel. Here are some pictures that I took during the event:
